Critical Care at TriStar Greenview

If you or a loved one suffer from a critical illness or injury, our 16-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Bowling Green is here for you. Registered nurses, physicians from many specialties, and many other caregivers collaborate to form a diagnosis, treatment, and discharge plan for each individual patient.

Visitation Policy

Policies and workings of our critical care unit are different from most other areas of the hospital, simply because our patients require a much higher level of care.

There are no set visiting hours and it is our policy to be flexible and accessible for friends and family. Occasionally, our nurses may have to ask visitors to leave the room during procedures, tests, shift change, so we may provide the highest level of care to our patient. While we believe family and friends are essential to the healing process, please remember that caring for our patient is our top priority.

Caring for Your Loved One

Upon admission families will be provided a family/visitor information pamphlet which contains information about our Unit including a place to document the passcode need to obtain information regarding the patient. No information will be given without the passcode.

Our primary goal is to provide the highest excellence in patient satisfaction. We want family members to have peace of mind that their loved one is receiving the most competent care available. If at any time you have questions, please speak to your nurse.
