Bowling Green, KY - TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in partnership with Graves Gilbert Clinic, Dr. Wayne Bush, Dr. Mark Jessen and Dr. Nagy Morsi announce the groundbreaking ceremony on September 20th at 11:30 am for the new TriStar Greenview Surgery Center. The celebration is at the building site off Lovers Lane beside Western Kentucky Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Associates.
"We are investing in southern Kentucky and dedicated to meet the healthcare needs of the residents, said Mike Sherrod, CEO of TriStar Greenview. "The new ASC gives this community more options to more residents with the level of high-quality care that we consistently provide at our main hospital campus."
The 14, 000 square-foot ambulatory surgical center represents a $10 million investment that will support the demands of the rapidly growing Warren County and its surrounding areas. It will include three surgical operating suites and one procedure suite upon completion. TriStar Greenview Surgery Center will open in summer 2018.
"The opening of TriStar Greenview Surgery Center represents our commitment and dedication to meet the needs of the communities we serve", said Heather Rohan, Preside and CEO of TriStar Health Division. "The collaboration at this facility, working together, sharing the best practices in quality care will continue to expand healthcare options in the Southern Kentucky community."
TriStar Greenview Surgery Center will fill a gap in the region by providing patients with greater access to care, lower out-of-pocket costs, and reduced surgical and recovery times. The center expects to see 2,774 patients its first year, 60 percent of whom would be from Warren County. Second year expectations increase to serve 4,642 patients.
Refreshments will be served after the groundbreaking ceremony. For more information, please contact our Marketing Coordinator at TriStar Greenview - (270) 793-5104.
